Install LDAP Connector form with the Application section's Instance name and Display name fields, and the Configuration section's Local Fluency Collector Name, AD/LDAP Server IP, AD/LDAP Server Port, BaseDN String, Username and Password fields, above Cancel, Dry run and Install Application

Install​

Install Application installs LDAP Connector with the values in the form; Dry run checks them first, without installing (see Dry run); Cancel returns to the catalog without installing. Every template's form shares the shape described under Install Form.
