Fluency Web Interface
The Fluency Web Interface is reached with a web browser from anywhere. Each account is assigned a unique portal URL.
Portal URL formats
Current standard deployments use the ingext.io domain:
https://<companyname>.app.ingext.io
Older deployments are still served on two earlier domains, and both remain valid for the accounts on them:
https://<companyname>.cloud.fluencysecurity.com
https://<companyname>.app.fluencyplatform.com
Some regional deployments substitute a region for app, as https://<companyname>.<region>.fluencyplatform.com.
ingext.io, fluencysecurity.com and fluencyplatform.com are all this platform. fluencyplatform.com is a hosting domain used by earlier instances — not a separate product and not a separate company — and accounts assigned an address on it keep signing in there. For the distinction between the Fluency and Ingext brands, which is a different matter, see the note on two names.
A custom or MSSP deployment may be assigned a different URL, or given the option to configure its own.
This hostname is the one everything else uses. Registering a collector with mgmt add_server and calling the REST API both target the same host as the portal — take it from the browser's address bar rather than copying an example. See Fluency Collector and the REST API.
Getting access
Credentials for the portal are issued during onboarding. If you have not received access, create a support ticket.
Once you have initial access you can create additional user accounts — see Users and Roles.
