Bi-directional Integration with PagerDuty​

Fluency integrates with PagerDuty in both directions:

1) API integration — Fluency sends customized alerts and notifications to PagerDuty. See API Integration, and Demo for a worked incident.

2) Webhook integration — Fluency receives events and updates back from PagerDuty, so that acknowledging or resolving an incident in PagerDuty is reflected in Fluency.
